PROPOSALS

Proposals given in this chapter will be obligatory for both Parties and do not require further approval when the actual Joint Annual Report is approved and signed by Nominated Monitoring Agents.

Since the evaluation methods of ecological and chemical status of the surface water still need to be finalised in both countries the planned overview of these methods will be made in the frame of Joint Monitoring after their finalisation.

Gradual extension of new surface water quality monitoring methods will be applied in case of sampling sites observed by the Parties on the Slovak and Hungarian territories. Since finalized methods for hydrobiological monitoring were not available in 2008 the monitoring including its evaluation should be considered as transitional again.

The data exchange for the extended period is being finished for the surface water levels and discharges, ground water levels and surface and ground water quality. An overall evaluation of the preceding period is recommended after finalisation the data exchange.

A javaslatok mindkét fél számára kötelezőek és nem igényelnek további jóváhagyást a közös éves jelentés jóváhagyása után.

Mivel a felszíni víz ökológiai és kémiai állapotának értékelő módszereit még nem veglegesítették mindkét országban, a közös monitoring keretében ezeknek a módszereknek az áttekintése a jelzett véglegesítés után fog történni.

Az új felszíni vízminőség monitoring módszerek fokozatos bővítését be fogják vezetni felek mérőhelyein szlovák és magyar területen. Mivel a hidrobiológiai monitoring módszereinek véglegesítése nem történt meg 2008-ban, megfontolandó, hogy a monitoring, beleértve az értékelést, átmenetinek tekintendő.

A hosszúidejű adatok cseréje befejeződött a felszíni vizek szintje és hozama, a felszín alatti vízszintek, valamint a felszíni és felszínalatti vízminőség vonatkozásában. Az adatcsere befejezése után ajánlott egy átfogó értékelés az előző időszakra.
